The Change Caddy is owned and operated by Teray-Williams and Douglas Inc. 

The President served in the United States Army and the United States Department of Defense for over 22 years as a Medical Technologist and a Professional Racecar Driver, where he gained superb management and leadership skills.  This was when he began his entrepreneurial activities in the late 1980's. 

While working with the Bell Helmet Corporation after getting out of the service, he developed racecar/motorcycle helmets that accommodated two-way communication while still maintaining safety qualities. He organized MM racing, LTD in 1989.   During this time, he supported his research and development activities by working in the Bar-B-Q business. He started his first Bar-B-Q facility in Arizona in 1992.  Soon after returning to Florida in 1994, the President Elijah "Douglas" Davis, developed the concept of the Change Caddy along with the help of Jean "Teray" and Norwieda Maxwell "Williams".  With the Change Caddy endeavor under way, he began looking for a new location for a new location.  It was at a Bar-B-Q event he catered, for Autozone, the sponsors of his racecar "Strictly Business” (owned and operated by Teray-Williams and Douglas) that he found the new location  for his second Bar-B-Q business.

So was born Old fashion Country Bar-B-Q in Taft, Orlando, Florida.  This facility opened in May 2003.  It offers outside dining, takeout, and catering.  It features fine quality fare, to please the most discriminating palate.  After years of making Bar-B-Q, he has perfected it.  Any Bar-B-Q fan should give this fine fare a try, and we are sure you will be a fan for life.

Recently after his mother passed away
he reopened Erma's Daycare Center, that was owned and operated by his mother for over 30 years.  Since reopening, the Daycare Center started slow, but is growing nicely now.  

With all his endeavors, he still takes time to make the Change Caddy available for purchase and distribution.
